Welcome to the Mount Cooper Publishing Blog

Blog postsI’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re just starting your self-publishing journey or you’ve been writing quietly for years and are finally ready to share your words with the world—this space is for you.

At Mount Cooper Publishing, I believe that publishing your book shouldn’t feel overwhelming or out of reach. That’s why this blog exists—to give you clear, honest, and helpful guidance as you navigate writing, publishing, and everything in between. From breaking down the differences between self-publishing and traditional publishing, to helping you design a cover that feels like you, to understanding what a publishing imprint really is—I’ll be covering it all here.

You’ll find posts that walk you through the process step-by-step, answer common questions, and give you real insight from someone who’s been in your shoes. I’ll also be sharing resources, checklists, and free downloads in many of the posts to make your path a little smoother.

My goal is to help more writers become published authors—with confidence. Because your story matters, and there’s no one better to tell it than you.

So make yourself at home. Grab a cup of something warm, take a look around, and check back often. New content is always on the way.
